About the Role:

 

This unique Category Strategy Manager position is a combination of Product Strategy,  Portfolio Management, Innovation and Marketing.

Reporting to the Head of Category Strategy, you will be responsible for uncovering opportunities within the Adult Nutritionals portfolio to create and market bespoke offerings, unique to each target market.

Getting in market to scope dynamics and opportunities, you will use these findings to produce robust business cases to justify investment and execution of NPD.

You will be responsible for the 5-year roadmap. pipeline prioritisation, profitability analysis and life cycle management of the portfolio, ensuring the best mix for category penetration.


About You:


With a background in product management or innovation, you will bring a commercial lens to the role to ensure all NPD / Innovation will generate sustainable growth.

You will have a proven track record delivering effective market insights and value propositions, including presenting business cases to the executive team.
You will be comfortable in front of customers, offering a solutions-based approach and bringing them on the journey.

You will be comfortable travelling 2-3 times a year for 2 weeks at a time.
