Learning Designer

About the Company:

A NZ company offering solutions for Kiwi’s lifestyle.  Embracing a future focused approach and innovation, they stay in touch with the latest technologies, and most importantly, the consumer needs.
This is a business who takes pride in what they do, fostering a collaborative and diverse culture; one that gives back to the community. They invest in their people, recognised by their well supported HR and L&D Teams.

About the Role:

With lots of projects going on, this 6-month contract opportunity is ideal for an experienced Learning Program Designer to step in during an internal secondment.
A role working with existing programs, fine-tuning content, and identifying training gaps to better serve managers and frontline teams; and to support Trainers to deliver fit for purpose programs.
You will oversee the early stages in the L&D lifecycle - including reviewing, revising, and developing training content on the evolving needs of the business. Collaboration is key as you will work across the business, providing advice on training content, managing materials, and ensuring a variety of delivery methods are used effectively.
What is super exciting, is the ability to manage this role across either 3, 4 or 5 days, maybe complementing other contracting or consulting work you are doing. If there’s capacity, you can also pivot across other projects.

About You:

You are an experienced Learning Designer with a strong background in developing and implementing L&D solutions - designing content for operational teams across various formats, including e-learning, webinars, workshops etc.  Ideally for learning programs focused on the front line and customer service teams.
You can analyse and see need gaps with ease, and you enjoy variety and pace. You are approachable, engaging, and confident – able to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Your passion for storytelling, audience engagement, and teamwork shines through in everything you do, and you absolutely know how to create a program, with pragmatism, and with the Trainer in mind.
If this role sounds like you, apply now and don’t miss out on this great “foot in the door” opportunity!
