About the Role:


We’re looking for a strategic and commercially savvy category marketer to take on this senior-level, data-led B2B marketing role. Reporting to the National Marketing Manager, you’ll own and lead the category strategy for a critical product portfolio. With a strong focus on category excellence, this role is responsible for delivering consistent growth above market year on year.

With plenty of support and cross-functional collaboration, you’ll ensure the strategic marketing plan aligns with broader business objectives. This role is all about driving data-driven category management and product commercialisation, working closely with sales, commercial, and manufacturing teams to bring ideas to life.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Developing and executing a five-year category strategy.
  • Driving data-led decision-making to influence category growth.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with sales, commercial, and manufacturing teams.
  • Owning the end-to-end marketing process, from insights to execution.
  • Identifying new opportunities for product development and commercialisation.
  • Managing go-to-market plans, pricing strategies, and channel placement.
  • Supporting merchandising, sampling, and product education initiatives.
  • Ensuring category and product performance targets are met.
  • Staying ahead of market trends, customer needs, and regulatory changes.

About You:


We’re looking for a commercially driven, data-led marketing professional with strong influencing skills. You might already be a Senior/Category Marketing Manager, Senior/Product Marketing Manager, or a Senior/ Brand Manager looking for your next challenge.



What You Bring:
  • B2B marketing experience within the building sector is essential.
  • Alternatively, you may come from FMCG or retail, with a proven track record of managing end-to-end product development and some exposure to the building/construction industry.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration experience, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders to drive outcomes.
  • A strategic mindset paired with a hands-on approach to execution.
  • We are looking for a self-motivated high performer here, you are proactive, able to work autonomously as well as a team.
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
  • You will have proven experience championing a category, engaging cross functional teams. Influencing  the strategic marketing direction of a category (on scale) through data led insights, leading the full end to end category product development
