CARTERS marketing team is small but nimble, and they’re looking for a tech-savvy, creative, and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to take their brand engagement to the next level.
This is an intermediate-level role offering hands-on experience across all digital touchpoints, where you’ll be the go-to expert for digital marketing strategies, customer engagement, and promotional execution.

About the Role:
- Implement CARTERS’ digital marketing strategy across multiple touchpoints, ensuring brand consistency and engagement
- Create and manage EDM campaigns, website content (Hybris, Squarespace), and WeChat updates.
- Track marketing performance, monitor customer feedback, and ensure strong ROI from digital campaigns.
- Work closely with branches, commercial teams, IT, and marketing to execute promotional activities, update store hours, and enhance customer experience.
- Utilise Microsoft Dynamics and Click (ClickDimensions) to manage email campaigns and customer interactions.
- Support the launch and promotion of CARTERS’ customer loyalty program.
- Assist with CARTERS-led events and sponsorships, including Trade Breakfasts, Learning Workshops, Expos, and Golf Days.

- Excellent communications skills (including writing and proofing).
