About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a pivotal role within a dynamic and growing organisation on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
This Senior Financial Accountant position will play a key part in driving the financial performance of the company through the preparation of high-quality financial reports and results.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the consolidation of monthly, half-year, and annual results.
- Spearheading the audit process to ensure smooth and efficient reporting.
- Focusing on treasury management, technical accounting, and governance reporting.
- Overseeing internal controls and implementing continuous improvements in finance processes.
About You:
Required skills and experience:
- Writing papers and preparing detailed financial reports.
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS 18 and IFRS 16, with technical accounting experience around leases.
- Strong experience in consolidated financials, month-end, and year-end processes.
- Excellent understanding of technical accounting principles and governance reporting.
