About the Role:
As Office Manager, you will be a key player in driving operational excellence across the office and supporting senior leaders. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leadership support – manage travel, scheduling, and key appointments for senior executives with precision and efficiency
- Operational oversight – ensure smooth daily office operations, manage office supplies, and coordinate with external contractors and service providers
- Stakeholder management – serve as the primary point of contact for guests, clients, and vendors, fostering strong professional relationships
- Financial administration – process invoices, purchase orders, and expenses in a timely and accurate manner
- Team collaboration – assist with onboarding new team members and provide support for internal projects and events
- High-level coordination – manage multiple priorities seamlessly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
About You:
- You may have experience in office management, administration or Personal assistant work
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
- You will be at least an intermediate user of (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
- Experience with invoicing and purchase orders would be advantageous
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
- A strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities
