About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to join a small, collaborative team in a busy financial accounting role. Reporting to the CFO, you will foster strong working relationships externally and throughout the organisation and work interchangeably with the management accountant.
As the Financial accountant responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Annual Statutory Accounts preparation.
- GST returns
- Monthly reporting against budgets.
- Weekly supply reporting.
- Monthly Cashflow and overhead cost centre reports.
- Maintenance of forecasting models.
- Balance Sheet reconciliations
About You:
The ideal candidate will take huge pride in their work and be a self-motivated team player.
Along with solid technical accounting skills, you will have strengths in reporting and analysis across financial accounting functions and have experience with preparing Tax and statutory requirements. Whilst having your CA is desirable, it is not essential to the role.
What is essential, is your ability to work collaboratively across the organisation, so your strengths in building relationships and communicating with a wide variety of stakeholders is crucial.
