Customer Service Representatives

About the Role:

As we’re seeing an increase in demand for individuals with customer service experience who may be looking to further their contact centre careers, we are looking for candidates with experience in this area. Our clients span across diverse industries and offer a varied range of products and services, so we’d love to see if we have an opportunity in an area that interests you.

In these customer service roles, your day will include answering incoming calls from customers, responding to general queries, and problem-solving to manage any issues or complaints. There may also be an element of email and live chat correspondence in some roles too.

About You:

A successful candidate will have amazing communication and people skills. You will enjoy variety, problem-solving, and have a positive attitude. You’ll be detail-oriented and will ideally have experience working within a fast-paced contact centre environment or in phone-based customer service.

We also look for someone who is teachable, keen to learn, and willing to continue growing within an organisation.
