Senior Brand Manager

About the Company:

Harker Herbals has been loved by New Zealanders for over 40 years for their premium natural health and wellness products.

With deep roots in herbal expertise, they create innovative, effective formulae that support health and wellbeing.

It is an exciting time to join the business, having just launched in the US and embarking on an ambitious phase of international growth.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to drive both eCommerce growth and brand development for a beloved kiwi business in global expansion.

Reporting to the CMO, you will develop and implement strategic marketing plans across the digital, eCommerce and retail channels in NZ and the US, as well as other markets as needed.

Oversee digital agencies to enhance performance in paid ads, SEO/SEM and eCommerce.

Manage brand campaigns across retail, online and PR channels, ensuring consistent storytelling and alignment with global strategy.

About You:

With a background in FMCG brand management or digital marketing, you will be passionate about health and wellness.

We’re looking for a strong Brand Manager looking to step up and take some more ownership, including the possibility of managing a direct report.

You will have a strong understanding of digital platforms, ideally including Amazon or Shopify.

You will have the ability to lead cross functional projects across internal and external stakeholders, holding providers to account and generating strong results out of agencies.

As this is a high growth small to medium NZ business, this role will be a lot broader than that of a corporate, therefore you will be able to work with complexity and ambiguity.
