About the Role:

This newly created Global Growth Manager role will champion the business development strategy for key growth markets predominantly throughout South East Asia. 

You will be responsible for building and expanding global partnerships within the nutritional formulation portfolio, offering competitive and innovative solutions for B2B customers. 

Internally, you will work closely with operations and other key stakeholders to ensure NPD is viable, actioned quickly and available in volume to key customers. 

Work in a partnership approach with customers, understanding their P&L and growth objectives to provide relevant and personalised solutions that will help them grow over the mid-long term. 

Enjoy the flexibility and decision-making authority that comes from working for a medium sized business. Adjustments can be made at pace and solutions provided more efficiently to customers.

About You:

You will have a proven track record in building business within export markets for a NZ manufacturer. This will include increasing volume / profitability within an existing customer base as well as uncovering new opportunities / customers. Dairy experience will be highly advantageous.

Proven commercial ability, strong understanding of P&L along with robust negotiation skills. 

You will be able to bring internal stakeholders along for the journey, managing relationships across a broad range of functions to ensure that supply is available and manufactured efficiently.

You will be comfortable with regular travel to spend crucial time in market building relationships with customers.
