About the Role:
As a result as an internal promotion, our client is looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to help strengthen their direct customer relationships and drive online revenue.
- Manage day-to-day direct marketing campaigns across email, push notifications, and SMS, ensuring timely execution, accurate targeting, and optimal performance.
- Ensure seamless alignment across all digital touchpoints, working closely with wider marketing and digital teams to deliver a consistent customer experience.
- Assist the Marketing Automation Manager with audience segmentation, automation workflows, and retargeting projects to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Develop and execute targeted direct marketing strategies that engage and convert customers at all stages of the funnel, using data insights to optimize performance.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, identifying trends and opportunities to refine strategies and improve ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives and ensure messaging is clear, effective, and on-brand.
About You:
- You will have 2 years’ experience in a digital marketing role, ideally with some exposure to direct marketing/automation.
- A strong technical and analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience working with CMS platforms and an understanding of digital marketing tools and technologies.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across teams.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong organisational and project management skills.
