HRIS Implementation Specialist (IntelliHR)
Contract (6–12 months) | Auckland
Are you an experienced HRIS Implementation Specialist with a strong background in IntelliHR or similar systems? We’re looking for a hands-on expert to lead the transition from our client’s existing HR system to IntelliHR, ensuring a smooth and optimized implementation.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- System Configuration & Optimization – Build, configure, and optimize IntelliHR to suit business needs.
- Workflow Enhancement – Design and implement streamlined HR workflows to improve efficiency.
- Integration & Automation – Support seamless integration with payroll and other HR software.
- Data Migration & Transition – Manage the migration of data from the old system, ensuring accuracy and continuity.
- Stakeholder Support & Training – Work closely with HR, IT, and payroll teams to provide training and support during the transition.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in HRIS implementation, ideally with IntelliHR or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of HR workflows, system configuration, and integrations.
- Experience integrating HRIS with payroll, recruitment, and other HR tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, improve processes, and provide expert guidance.
- Strong stakeholder management and training skills.
