This is a newly created role with the opportunity to work in a well-known organisation located in Newmarket.

About the Role:

An exciting newly created opportunity to join the dynamic commercial team as a Procurement Analyst, providing procurement strategic data analysis and supporting corporate and facilities procurement activities. 
       

Key responsibilities include:
 

  • Assist with supplier evaluation and selection processes.
  • Manage corporate & facilities supplier relationships and contract renewals.
  • Assist in the preparation and negotiation of contracts with new corporate & facilities suppliers to ensure favorable pricing, terms and conditions.
  • Vendors spend analysis & reporting, procurement metrics and performance monitoring.
  • Conduct market research to understand pricing, trends and potential suppliers.
  • Analyse procurement data to identify trends, savings opportunities, and compliance issues.
  • Coordinate legal and finance approval for supplier terms, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Manage supplier pre-qualification, on-boarding and credit check processes.
  • Update and maintain vendor master data in ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365).
About You:

You will be an experienced Procurement Analyst with Dynamics 365 experience, a problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset with a few years procurement experience.

You will also bring solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes with attention to detail to deliver for the business. A strong commercial and strategic orientation is essential. Your communication, relationship building and influencing skills will be excellent with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, with all stakeholders.
