About the Role:

This role is responsible for providing administration support, primarily to the Tribe Leadership Executive Search Team, but also the wider Tribe team as required.  In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Researcher and Senior Consultants by providing high level administrative and project assistance.
 

  • Consultant Support & Administration: Assist with proof-reading proposals, preparing client documents, coordinating travel, and managing administration tasks such as CV parsing, invoicing, and appointment scheduling.
  • Day-to-Day Operations: Handle email inquiries, coordinate reference checks, schedule interviews and psychometric testing, and provide IT and admin support across the team.
  • Meeting & Diary Management: Organise team meetings, assist with diary management for leadership, and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Reporting & Communication: Support in creating, editing, and sending client reports, and liaise with clients throughout project stages.
  • Business Development: Assist with event organization, research, and business development activities, including contact building list.
  • Teamwork & General Responsibilities: Foster team collaboration, support colleagues, participate in performance reviews, and ensure a safe, well-being-focused work environment.

About You:
 
  • You will have experience in an administration, team coordinator, or PA role.
  • You will ideally have experience from a professional services, consulting, or government background, though experience supporting multiple leaders is also valuable.
  • You will have high attention to detail
  • Excellent at prioritising tasks and managing time effectively whilst remaining calm under pressure.
  • Proactive in communicating any issues or challenges.
  • Ability to create, implement, and optimize systems and processes to improve efficiency and streamline operations.
