About the Role:
Reporting directly to the Head of APAC, this role is instrumental in driving the growth of NPFG’s Ecommerce presence across the region.

As one of the fastest-growing channels in the pet food industry, Ecommerce presents exciting opportunities that require a results-driven individual to unlock its full potential.


This position leads the strategic planning and execution of Ecommerce initiatives, ensuring the company’s online presence aligns with sales objectives and brand positioning.

Key responsibilities include managing relationships with major online partners in Australia and New Zealand to achieve revenue and profitability targets. The role also involves close collaboration with in-market teams in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Korea to implement tactical campaigns designed to increase market share.

Additionally, you will oversee the functionality and performance of Amazon platforms (D2C), ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience. You will develop promotional calendars and tactical programs within a Joint Business Planning (JBP) framework alongside key retail partners.

Working closely with digital marketing teams, you’ll contribute to driving traffic and engagement through SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media initiatives.


About You:
With experience in the FMCG or wider retail industry, you will be familiar with ecommerce product sales, online retail or digital marketing.

You will have experience negotiating trading terms and contracts with key customers at a head office level with a proven track record in joint business planning.

You will be familiar with marketplaces like Shopify, Amazon, Shopee, Alibaba or other direct to consumer platforms.

With the landscape of Ecommerce constantly evolving, you will be able to quickly adjust your strategy as retailers pivot their models.

Experience using Power BI would be advantageous, as would interactions with overseas markets.
