About You:
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead CRM-focused architecture strategies, emphasizing customer engagement and data insights.
- Shape and enforce enterprise architecture standards, ensuring compliance with governance frameworks.

- Act as a mentor and leader, enhancing the technical acumen of the broader team.
- Ensure alignment with risk management frameworks and regulatory compliance requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Expertise: Significant experience in CRM architecture, with a focus on customer engagement and data strategy.
- Architectural Mastery: Solid background in enterprise architecture, governance, and solution design, with familiarity in frameworks like TOGAF.
- Exceptional Communication: Strong stakeholder management and the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable business outcomes.
- Salesforce Experience (Preferred): Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce is a distinct advantage.
- Leadership Acumen: Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and driving architectural excellence.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 7 years in architecture roles, ideally within financial services or similar sectors.
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant field, with a commitment to ongoing professional development
