About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to provide trusted financial advice and drive informed decision-making within a dynamic organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Trusted Financial Guidance: Provide insightful, comprehensive financial advice and support to General Managers and leadership teams to ensure sound business decisions.
- Data-Driven Analysis: Offer detailed financial analysis and options that inform critical business decisions, while optimizing financial and project systems for maximum value.
- Strategic Budget Support: Work closely with budget managers to review performance, assess annual plans, budgets, and projects, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
- Investment Decision-Making: Assess the financial viability of business investments, clearly articulating risks, opportunities, and supporting post-investment appraisals to ensure sustainable growth.
- Strategic Planning: Partner with business managers to develop and execute business strategies, ensuring financial alignment with organizational goals.
- Financial Reporting: Take responsibility for finalizing monthly financial operating and capital performance reports, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial data.
- Key Reporting: Prepare detailed monthly financial reports for the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and quarterly reports for the organisation.
- Cost Centre Reporting: Review or prepare monthly cost centre financial reports, including variance analysis, performance metrics, and strategic insights to guide decision-making.
- Insightful Recommendations: Analyse financial and non-financial data to provide actionable insights, empowering managers to make effective and informed financial decisions.
About You:
- Proven experience in a financial management or business partnering role.
- Strong ability to interpret and present financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strategic mindset with a track record of supporting business decisions and investments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
