About the Company: 

  • A great temp opportunity to work for a reputable organisation in a frontline administration role whilst the current Receptionist/Administrator is on annual leave. This role would suit somebody with a positive ‘can do’ attitude who is willing to pitch in where requiredand has prior experience in a frontline reception/ admin role.   
     
    This company are family friendly, look after their staff with an average tenure of 9 years.  
About the Role:  

This is a temp Receptionist role from January 20 - February 28 to cover someone who will be on leave. 
 
  • Meeting & greeting the clientele in a warm and professional manner 
  • Maintain a tidy reception area and meeting rooms throughout the day 
  • Professional and efficient use of main switchboard; distributing detailed and thorough messages accordingly via email 
  • Outlook diary management for meeting rooms 
  • Organise couriers for outgoing packages 
  • Assist with the organisation of events 
  • Distribute courier deliveries 
  • Ensure supplies are replenished every morning 
  • Assist maintaining a tidy office 
  • Thoroughly manage stocks held in the office 
  • Order stationery (weekly orders) for the office and cartridges for the printers 
  • Assist the Finance team with following up on outstanding Timesheets and loading the Timesheets (when required) 
 
About You:  
  • Previous experience in a similar role 
  • Must have excellent verbal and written English 
  • Must be conscientious and calm under pressure 
  • Requires someone proactive 
  • Must be confident and highly organised 
  • Must have excellent Word, Excel and Outlook
