About the Role:

In this dynamic and varied role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on both high-volume blue-collar positions, and white-collar roles within support functions.   You will own and lead the Talent Partnering space in the HR team, bringing your ideas and creativity to the table. It’s permanent and on-site, with some flexibility around hours.
Your success will be driven by your ability to build and maintain strong internal relationships, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and building inhouse capability through robust processes.  It will be about attracting the best candidates, with efficiency and purpose. You will have impact on a positive EVP and candidate experience.
No two days will be the same as you handle a variety of recruitment needs in a fast-paced, complex environment.

About You – it’s what will matter!

You have proven experience as an end-to-end Recruiter, ideally with Inhouse experience. Your background in recruitment will be from fast paced environments, and you will definitely know the do’s and don’ts relating to the NZ employment market. 
What is vital, is your experience managing volume staffing needs, and the various methodologies that can be used for bulk recruitment.  You will also be comfortable navigating ATS and HR systems.
With your maturity and business nous in the Talent space, along with your warm and influencing skills, you excel at building relationships across teams and stakeholders. Your referees will attest to this!
You are confident and passionate about Recruitment – yes, you love what you do; and are extremely well organised. Challenges don’t faze you – you adapt quickly to whatever comes your way.
…and owning the Recruitment space, you can work independently, while collaborating closely with your HR teammates.
