About the Role:  

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive administrative support professional to assist with key tasks across the business in a temporary capacity for 3 months. 

This is a dynamic role with the following responsibilities: 

Travel Management: 

  • Arrange travel for the Executive and Leadership teams and their departments, ensuring compliance with company policies and cost-effective options. 

  • Reconcile monthly Travelcard statements. 

General Office Support: 

  • Assist in managing office systems, liaise with building managers, coordinate service providers, and handle supply ordering. 

  • Ensure the office environment is welcoming, safe, and professional, while maintaining corporate systems and keeping the intranet up to date. 

  • Provide additional administrative support as required. 


Event Coordination: 

  • Assist with the coordination of internal and external events. 


About You:  

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have experience supporting senior leaders with coordination and travel management. In addition, you will bring: 

  • Strong office management experience, with a flexible, hands-on approach to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. 

  • Experience in coordinating health and safety or social committee activities and events. 

  • The ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, manage competing demands, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Comfort with corporate systems and the ability to quickly learn new tools. 

  • Sound judgment, professionalism, and a willingness to "muck in" when needed.
