About the Role:
This is a 3-month temporary role based in Wellington Central, starting 15th January 2025.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting visitors, answering calls and managing mail and courier deliveries
- Organize travel arrangements and coordinate meetings
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in communal areas
- Serve as the key contact for building maintenance and other facilities-related issues
- Keep the office clean, tidy, and fully functional at all times
About You:
- Previous experience in office coordination or office management would be ideal
- Demonstrates initiative and the ability to address tasks and challenges
- Have a can-do attitude, and be able to switch from meeting and greeting visitors, to emptying the dishwasher and the bins to scheduling meetings and travel arrangements and providing admin support to the wider team
- Proficient in multitasking
- Possesses a positive attitude
