Customer Service Representative

About the Company:

About the Role:

You will be communicating with customers over the phone and by email to resolve a range of issues. This will involve complaint handling, detailing invoices, bookings, queries and liaising with internal departments to help solve problems for customers.


About You:

  • Two years’ experience in a contact centre and/or customer service environment
  • Effective and clear communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Resilience and experience handling difficult customers
  • Reliability and dependability.
