About the Role:
A 14 to 15-month contract opportunity for an HR Generalist who has experience across everything HR! Be it talent acquisition, payroll, HR advisory, admin and help desk, ER, contracts, or partnering – it’s the whole gambit! Nothing too big, nothing too small…
You will be part of creating a positive HR brand and culture, while supporting with HR queries across the business, and helping to drive forward various HR initiatives. You will also be involved in some HR projects that contribute to the growth of the organisation. If you are familiar with HR software and payroll systems, even better!
It’s truly a HR support role focused with the day to day doing, along with partnering and the supporting the overall people experience.
About You:

You are proactive, adaptable and have a positive attitude that shines through every day. You thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done – no task is too small, and you’re great at juggling multiple priorities. With your HR qualifications, exposure to NZ Employment Law, and your “can-do” attitude, you’re in good stead to be considered for this!
Precious is something you’re not! This role must be prepared to muck in.
You might be an emerging HR Coordinator looking to grow your experience, or a seasoned HR Advisor/Partner who enjoys variety and is eager to take on a wide range of tasks.
Either way, you will be confident in your generalist HR knowledge, love to truly “own things”; and you definitely don’t need your hand held.
