About the Role:

Due to demand increasing from existing and new clients we now need a Tech Recruitment Consultant to join the team to help establish Tribe Tech as a leader in the IT&D space, with approximately 1 – 3 years’ experience behind you, this role needs someone with knowledge of the IT&D market, who can grow our footprint within our clients and deliver premium service. Tribe Tech has a great environment that will see you well supported, and we also have a fantastic benefits package which would see the successful candidate well rewarded for achieving success.

We work in a hybrid environment however exposure to Contract Recruitment will be of benefit as that is where we are seeing growth. If successful, you’ll be joining a dynamic recruitment environment with strong networks and many years combined industry experience. 

The opportunity here is limitless and the expectation is that you will understand the recruitment lifecycle and have a high degree of initiative and self-motivation. The PSA list Tribe has is extensive with agreements across many corporates and AoG. This role has all the elements for you to able to be extremely successful. You will ideally be able to demonstrate experience at being able to work at pace and have repeat business with clients.

About You:

Key Skills and Experience:

  • High level of professionalism and fantastic service standards
  • A background in IT recruitment is desirable but not essential
  • Inquisitive nature and curiosity around Technology
  • Ability to ‘chip in’ and broaden the knowledge of the team through knowledge sharing and great communications
What you’ll need to succeed:
  • Great time management skills
  • Strong ability to work at pace
  • Fantastic memory recall to remember those great candidates you have worked with
  • Knowledge of how-to Talent Pool by using a database and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Be able to run a thorough process and be able to achieve outcomes
