About the Role:
Reporting into the Head of Marketing Services, the Digital and Retail Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the development and execution of all marketing activities on a national scale. They are responsible for ensuring all touchpoints are consistent across every part of the customer journey including online, across dealerships and throughout marketing campaigns.
They will play a crucial part in lead generation and sales conversion across the dealer network, while also managing all content on the Ford NZ and dealer websites.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead strategy and implementation of end-to-end retail marketing activities, adhering to global brand standards maintaining consistent brand identity across traditional and digital channels. Focus on driving sales and brand awareness.
Oversee and manage agency relationships (creative, media and retail), ensuring alignment with brand objectives and timely delivery of projects.
Manage the marketing budget to ensure effective use of resources and maximise ROI.
Ensure all content on the website is current and updated in a timely manner and maintain relationships with the central support team ensuring you stay up to date with future technology that will be deployed on the website.
Oversee website content, ensuring it is up to date, engaging, and aligned with brand standards.
Work cross functionally with sales, dealers, product, customer service, and the wider marketing team.
About You:
You will have previous experience managing end-to-end campaigns and marketing initiatives across multiple channels, ideally with a background in retail or FMCG.
You will be creative, have a growth mindset with the ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
You will have an interest in the automotive industry.
You will have strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience working with multiple agencies with the ability to give clear and concise briefs and manage timelines and work effectively.
Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
Ability to analyse data and metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Ability to effectively manage marketing budget with a focus on ROI.
