About the Role:
 

Reporting into the Head of Marketing Services, the Digital and Retail Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the development and execution of all marketing activities on a national scale. They are responsible for ensuring all touchpoints are consistent across every part of the customer journey including online, across dealerships and throughout marketing campaigns. 

They will play a crucial part in lead generation and sales conversion across the dealer network, while also managing all content on the Ford NZ and dealer websites.  


Key responsibilities include:
 

  • Lead strategy and implementation of end-to-end retail marketing activities, adhering to global brand standards maintaining consistent brand identity across traditional and digital channels. Focus on driving sales and brand awareness.  

  • Oversee and manage agency relationships (creative, media and retail), ensuring alignment with brand objectives and timely delivery of projects.  

  • Manage the marketing budget to ensure effective use of resources and maximise ROI.  

  • Ensure all content on the website is current and updated in a timely manner and maintain relationships with the central support team ensuring you stay up to date with future technology that will be deployed on the website. 

  • Oversee website content, ensuring it is up to date, engaging, and aligned with brand standards. 

  • Work cross functionally with sales, dealers, product, customer service, and the wider marketing team.  


About You:
  

  • You will have previous experience managing end-to-end campaigns and marketing initiatives across multiple channels, ideally with a background in retail or FMCG.   

  • You will be creative, have a growth mindset with the ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment.  

  • You will have an interest in the automotive industry. 

  • You will have strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.  

  • Experience working with multiple agencies with the ability to give clear and concise briefs and manage timelines and work effectively.  

  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient execution. 

  • Ability to analyse data and metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. 

  • Ability to effectively manage marketing budget with a focus on ROI.
