About the Role:

This role is a full-scope marketing role sitting on the leadership team and working on one of NZ’s fastest-growing brands, encompassing both strategic and executional elements. As the Brand champion, you will grow the brand in line with the Raglan Food Co's values around people and planet and be responsible for setting the long-term growth strategy for Raglan Food Co across the marketing mix but also manage the day-to-day elements of execution.

You will be responsible for developing compelling strategies & brand initiatives that enhance brand equity, distinctiveness strengthen positioning, and unlock category & brand penetration.  Robust portfolio management is a key element to the role as RFC is highly innovative and develops new products regularly.  

This is a busy and broad role where you will work closely with Technical Development to create new products and drive innovation across the category. You will lead the gate process from inception to delivery and also drive through the line activations across all channels.
Given the nature of the role, there will be a requirement for the successful candidate to be at the Raglan Food Co facility/office two days per week.  Reporting to the CEO this role will be highly collaborative and work closely with other stakeholders in the business.

About You:   
                 

You will currently be in a Senior Brand Manager or Marketing Manager position in an FMCG business. You will be a marketing all-rounder who is comfortable on both the creative/strategic ideas of marketing management as well as the commercial realities of growing a premium and profitable portfolio of brands.

You will have experience across the marketing mix with a heavy focus on growing category penetration, brand-building communication strategies, trial generation, brand innovation and NPD.  As the category continues to develop demonstrating your ability to accelerate category & brand penetration will be highly regarded 

You have a strong affinity with food, premium flavours and enhancing a premium product portfolio.
