About the Role:
Reporting to the National H&S Manager you will be their key conduit -ensuring business strategy, Health & Safety standards, and best practice are playing out – with positive impact in the field.
As an educator, and influencer, stakeholder management is at the forefront – a true H&S partner.
You will innovate around future-focused strategy, while being on the ground driving operational effectiveness. Onsite presence is a given - engaging at every level. You’ll be out and about nationally, so yes, you like to travel and you like being amongst it!
Continuous improvement, collaboration, communication, and consistency = EXCELLENCE. Excellence is what you’ll strive for, be it:
- H&S practices and legislative knowledge
- Development and design of strategy, frameworks, and processes
- Onsite liaison and stakeholder engagement
- Education and capability development
- Reviews, audits, and reporting
Your knowledge and approach will enable growth in others, raising the bar and influencing positive H&S change.
About You:
The above alone will have provided an insight of who we need, but to re-cap:
First and foremost – your H&S capability is extremely well honed and has been developed across high-risk environments. You must know the construction world and have some building industry experience to complement your H&S expertise.
You bring solutions, not problems; you empower others and collaborate; and you have initiative – knowing when to front-foot things before anyone even realises there’s a pending risk! You’re switched on, and you just think differently!

You’re a connector and you can demonstrate your ability to engage at all levels, even with the trickiest of customers! You’re not pushy – but you’re no push-over!!
