This role would be a Monday to Friday Part time role which would be between the hours of 9am- 1pm ideally with a degree of flexibility either side. There is also parking on site available for this candidate.
About the Role:
- Address general inquiries regarding housing applications and various services.
- Address incoming calls to the main number, to resolve inquiries at the initial point of contact and ensuring timely follow-up by the designated personnel.
- Document maintenance and repair requests with precision.
- Assist the housing team in adapting telephone response procedures, particularly during periods of staff leave.
- Oversee the inbox, promptly responding to emails or assigning them to the appropriate personnel.
- Welcome visitors at the office.
- Assist in setting up the office for meetings and events.
About You:
- You will have worked in a customer service or admin role ideally in a sector where you are helping people.
- You are customer-focused and show high levels of empathy.
- You are proficient in effective, respectful, and culturally sensitive communication with diverse individuals.
- You have experience in Microsoft office suite
- You have strong organizational skills, excellent time management, and the ability to handle competing priorities.
- You are self-driven and proactive, displaying a willingness to take initiative.
- You have high attention to detail; accurate recording of information is key to this role.
