About the Role:
In this role you will offer executive and administrative support to up to three Executives. Events will also play a large part of this role.
Your responsibilities will include -
- Complex, proactive diary management, resolving meeting conflicts, prioritising accordingly and in a timely manner for each Executive.
- Anticipating information and organisational needs ensuring adequate preparation and arrangements are made for all upcoming meetings. This includes ensuring all meeting resources and logistics are considered and managed efficiently.
- Manage and sort incoming correspondence on behalf of the Executives depending on personal preference and needs.
- Co- lead large scale annual and smaller scale regular internal and external events, including budget management, and having the ability to make concise decisions on all aspects of each event.
- Book and manage any travel requirements, including car, flights and accommodation for the Executives, team and Events
- Manage a high volume of internal and external communication relating to Events and the wider team, projects, and initiatives.
- Liaise coordinate, support and follow up with Senior Leadership within the teams ensuring all administrative deadlines and needs are met.
About You:
- You will have previously supported multiple Executives in an EA capacity, and you will thrive is this type of role. (C suite level experience would be advantageous)
- You will have led and co-ordinated large scale events including managing budgets and decision making, and be comfortable with this playing a core part of this role.
- You will be a doer, highly organised and be comfortable with managing up and managing very tightly with priorities and deadlines to ensure a consistent quality of support is met for all Executives.
- You will have exceptional communication skills, written and verbal with high levels of attention to detail and high emotional intelligence.
- A high level of proficiency with Outlook and MS office is required.
- You will present yourself professionally but be comfortable to bring the real you to work, to enhance connection and collaboration across not only the Executives you are supporting but the teams they represent.
