About the Role:
- Newly created, on-site role
- Contribute to the recruitment process, working closely with the standalone recruiter to attract and retain top talent.
- Handle basic employee relations tasks, including drafting employee letters and managing general queries.
- Help drive and support various people-related initiatives, contributing to continuous improvement across the HR function.

You are a motivated, results driven individual that is eager to learn and enhance your existing recruitment and HR skills. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to manage and build relationships.
