Mō te tūranga | About the Role:
You’ll support clients across te ao Māori and the private and public sectors with their recruitment needs. You’ll be exploring in-house databases and social media networks as you search for and identify suitably qualified and experienced candidates for client’s roles. Screening, interviewing and assessing candidates is part of the job, as is business development, and building strong ongoing client relationships with potential and existing clients. The role requires an ability to understand the areas of a candidate’s capability, their drivers and motivations, their suitability for roles, and their career aspirations.

Ko ngā āhuatanga kei te pūtake o tā mātau kaupapa, ko te tautoko i a Aotearoa ki te whakatinana i Te Tiriti o Waitangi, ko te mana ōrite, ko te Tupuranga Mahi Māori anō hoki.
