Mō te tūranga  | About the Role:

You’ll support clients across te ao Māori and the private and public sectors with their recruitment needs. You’ll be exploring in-house databases and social media networks as you search for and identify suitably qualified and experienced candidates for client’s roles. Screening, interviewing and assessing candidates is part of the job, as is business development, and building strong ongoing client relationships with potential and existing clients. The role requires an ability to understand the areas of a candidate’s capability, their drivers and motivations, their suitability for roles, and their career aspirations.

He pakihi mātanga a Tau Mai e parākiri ana, e tipu ana ki roto i ngā mahi rapu, whakawhiwhi mahi Ao Māori, he mea hanga ki runga i te auahatanga, i te wairua o te whakatōmua ahurea, i te tōmenetanga hoki i a mātau e rapu ana i ngā tino mātanga Māori puta noa i Aotearoa. Ko ngā āhuatanga kei te pūtake o tā mātau kaupapa, ko te tautoko i a Aotearoa ki te whakatinana i Te Tiriti o Waitangi, ko te mana ōrite, ko te Tupuranga Mahi Māori anō hoki. 


Mō te tūranga

Ka tautoko koe i ngā kiritaki nō te Ao Māori, te rāngai tūmataiti me te rāngai kāwanatanga hoki, arā ki te whakatutuki i ō rātau hiahia whakawhiwhi mahi.
