As a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will play an important role in supporting the Technology teams by leveraging your sector experience and expertise to understand business needs and deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions.
You will champion diversity and inclusion by advocating for diverse hiring practices, actively sourcing candidates from underrepresented groups. Importantly, you will coach hiring managers to challenge traditional recruitment biases, fostering a more inclusive hiring process.
Working closely with key stakeholders, you will be a trusted advisor providing strategic and operational guidance on recruitment best practice. You will take ownership of sourcing high-demand skill sets and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for both managers and potential new kaimahi. Data integrity and governance will be key to ensuring accurate records and compliance with processes and policies across teams and the business.
This is a full-time, permanent role based in Te Whanganui a Tara, Wellington.
Mōu | About You:
You will bring significant experience recruiting across the digital and technology sectors, with a strong understanding of the local tech talent landscape. You will have a proven ability to source and engage passive candidates, especially in a competitive talent market. Your extensive background in internal recruitment, supported by your stakeholder management skills will be important, as you influence and coach hiring managers on recruitment best practice and diversity and inclusion considerations.
Problem-solving, and collaboration are essential skills for this role, as is a deep passion for putting potential new kaimahi and current kaimahi at the centre of your recruitment approach. Experience in a large commercial environment, particularly within banking or financial services, will be an advantage.
