Due to continued growth, we are offering an exciting new opportunity for a motivated individual to join our stable and supportive team. This newly created role is initially a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to transition to a permanent position. The organisation offers a flexible hybrid working model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home each week.
About the Role:
- Marketing Communications: Create and manage eDMs for client communications, handle HubSpot; maintain contact databases, develop and maintain campaign assets, and manage promotional video content across platforms.
- Website Management: Keep the website current, analyse Google Analytics data, collaborate with global teams on update.
- Event Planning and Coordination: Manage event workflows, including invitations, responses, and follow-up communications, and support distribution team in organizing client events.
- Content Development: Collaborate with the investment and marketing teams to produce thought leadership, market updates, blogs, and videos, ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, and manage internal communications.
- Video and Content Support: Edit webinar and video content, images for social media and websites, and oversee workflows for customer acquisition and retention.
About You:
- 1+ years of marketing experience in a similar role, ideally with a keen interest or desire to grow within the financial services sector.
- Experience with marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar tools to manage campaigns and customer engagement.
- Design skills with experience in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., InDesign, Photoshop) or other design software being advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in communications, data, and project execution.
- Can-do attitude with a proactive and flexible approach to managing tasks and solving problems in a fast-paced environment.
