Customer Service Representative

About the Company:

Our client is a well-established, NZ company with branches across the country, specialising in commercial vehicle, trailer, and car hire. Their call centre team plays a vital role in helping customers with their rental needs and ensuring they have an excellent experience.

About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers. You’ll manage a high volume of inbound calls and emails, assist customers with quotes, manage and amend bookings, and provide exceptional service to meet each customer’s unique needs. Where appropriate you’ll also upsell products to ensure customers have everything they need for a seamless experience!

This is a full-time, in-office position with rotating shifts from 7am to 7pm, seven days a week – you will need to work one weekend day per week.

About You:

• You MUST have customer service experience, ideally in a contact centre environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A customer-centric nature – you will be empathetic and enjoy helping customers
• Enjoy working in a busy role where you will manage a high volume of customer interactions
• Willingness to learn and ability to pick up on systems/processes
• Reliability and commitment to the role is essential!
