With head office based in Dunedin, a satellite office in Auckland, this role is remotely based in either Tauranga or Hamilton, serving the Waikato region mainly and some Bay of Plenty. This role is not based in Auckland.
About the Role:
This role requires someone to live in either Hamilton or Tauranga to service the regions needs.
Reporting into the awesome Chief Commercial Officer and sitting within a tight knit nationwide team, this role is responsible for owning the relationships with key franchisees and other key customers.
The official role title is “Area Sales Manager” - however we have called this role “Business Partner” given the roles requirement to proactively drive performance and growth with a strong focus on generating revenue for these key customers
This role requires credibility in the space of financial services, exceptional relationships management and business development skills, along with business acumen and communication skills.
This role requires travel around the Waikato /BOP regions (typically Tuesday to Thursday) collaborating with customers and facilitating an exceptional customer experience and mutually beneficial business outcomes.
This role needs to be based in Hamilton or Tauranga, covering the Waikato/BOP regions, focusing on:- Hamilton, Cambridge, Matamata, Whakatane, Rotorua, Tauranga and Mount Manganui.
About You:
We are looking for someone who facies a move from Auckland to Hamilton or Tauranga, with relationship management experience from the financial services sector.
You will have experience coaching and driving commercial performance in B2B environments.
An understanding of the motor vehicle industry helpful but not essential.
With strong EQ and business acumen you can build rapport and credibility with a diverse group of customers, essential acting as a consultant for their business.
You will have excellent project management skills, communication skills both verbally and written ,maintaining an up-to-date complex customer database, with the ability to think on your feet and provide bespoke solutions.
You are upbeat, action oriented, and solutions focused, adaptive and enthusiastic. Personality and attitude is key here!
You wil thrive in a diverse financial services organisation working with a range of internal/external stakeholders, with the ability to work autonomously as well as virtually part of a team, with a strong sense of a consultative approach and providing the ultimate customer experience and results
