Customer Service and Shipping Team Leader

About the Role:

As the Shipping Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of 4-5 shipping coordinators who handle customer queries and incoming products. As the leader of this team, you will report directly to the Operations Manager and have full ownership of this function.


The day-to-day responsibilities in this role will include:

  • Running daily huddles
  • Fortnightly 1:1’s
  • Managing your team's workflow based on the number of orders and customer queries
  • Building strong internal relationships with the warehouse and customer service teams
  • Developing a solid working relationship with the courier company

About You:

You will have previous leadership experience, ideally in customer service, logistics, or administrative roles. You must enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. In addition to this, we look for someone who is methodical, has clear communication skills, and can prioritize and direct a busy team.
