Our client is 100% New Zealand owned and are pioneers in their field! They are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to support their CEO.
About the Role:
This is a part-time Executive Assistant position located in Takapuna, Auckland, from 9 AM to 3 or 3:30 PM. You’ll provide seamless support for the CEO and help with various coordination tasks as needed.
- Manage the CEO's very busy calendar and inbox
- Anticipate the information and organizational needs of the CEO, ensuring adequate preparation and arrangements for all upcoming meetings
- Coordinate projects and participate in various marketing initiatives
- Assist with other admin and coordination tasks as needed
About You:
- Experienced Executive Assistant
- Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator would be helpful
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with attention to detail
- Resilient in high-pressure situations
- Proactive with a can-do attitude
- Understanding of EDMs is beneficial
- Interested in coordinating marketing activities
