About the Role:

You will be responsible for calling a high volume of leads in the CRM, aiming to either close the leads or book appointments with KiwiSaver Advisors. You will be expected to make 150 calls a day and handle customer interactions when calls are answered. The role involves a high volume of calls and requires adaptability and a high level of self-motivation.

Comprehensive training will be provided during the first week, with ongoing support available. The initial work hours will be 9am-5pm, shifting to 11am-7:30pm from Monday to Thursday, with a shorter Friday schedule of 9am-4pm.

About You:

We are looking for candidates with previous call centre experience, preferably in sales, as this role involves hitting daily targets and handling objections.

  • A strong customer service background is also acceptable if you are comfortable with making a high volume of calls and have the drive to develop your sales skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and resilience are essential, as you’ll be speaking with customers across New Zealand.
  • Our ideal candidate will be a fast learner, comfortable with handling calls and ready to fine-tune your existing skills with support.
  • Having the confidence to communicate with a diverse range of customers is key to succeeding in this role.
  • Availability to start a new role right away and reliability is crucial.
