About the Role:

As a vital part of the team, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve proactively managing customer queries via phone, email and web requests. Utilising CRM systems and other tools, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service.

About You:
 

  • Previous contact centre experience and excellent communication skills
  • Working experience Excel is needed for this role
  • This role would also suit finance/science graduates who have previous customer service experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Resilience, reliability and sound lateral thinking skills
  • The ability to adapt quickly to change and processes
  • Previous knowledge using SAP is a bonus but not essential
