About the Role:

This organisation is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service across various channels. The goal is to create a seamless experience, whether customers reach out via phone, email or messaging. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for mobile customers, working to turn any customer issues into positive experiences. You'll need to manage your time well and adapt to customer needs while contributing to improving how the organization operates.
This role operates on a rotating Monday to Sunday roster between 7am-9pm (you will be working 40 hours a week, with one weekend every 4 weeks). The role is until March 30th 2025.

About You:

We are looking for customer centric candidates who may have an interest in mobile technology and are ready to step into a fast paced, team environment!
Ideally, you will have:

  • 2+ years in a customer service role (preferably with experience taking calls)
  • Attention to detail and the ability to record information accurately
  • Resilience and experience in handling challenging customers
  • Problem solving skills and a knack for working with systems
  • Flexibility to work across a rotating roster
  • Reliability, dependability and a history of good attendance!
