About the Role:

This role will be 32 hours per week which can be worked over 4 or 5 days with flexibility around working hours to support their CEO.  The role will also offer some support to the Leadership Team.

Responsibilities will be as follows.

  • You will provide diary management, resolve meeting conflicts, and prioritise tasks in a timely manner. 
  • Provide correspondence on behalf of the CEO, by screening all inward communications and acting on any priorities.
  • Liaise with Senior Executives internally and externally providing a highly professional service as needed.
  • You will provide administration and logistics support to the board.
  • Provide administrative support, including preparing documentation on behalf of the CEO, i.e., travel expense claims, briefing papers.  
  • Anticipate information and organisational needs of the CEO, ensuring adequate preparation and arrangements are made for all upcoming meetings.  
  • Continually explore ways to enhance own and CEO’s way of working. 

About You:
 
  • You will have experience working in an EA/PA role.
  • You will have strong communication and possess high emotional intelligence.  
  • An even manner and an unflappable nature.  
  • Attention to detail will be a strength.
  • You will be comfortable with feedback and be able to provide feedback to the CEO/leadership team should you feel there are better ways of operating.
  • A high level of proficiency with the MS office suite. 
  • You will be proactive and forward thinking in your approach in terms of finding efficiencies and better ways of operating.
