About the Role:

As the Head of Operations, you will provide strategic oversight and direction for McAlpine Hussmann Manufacturing, Distribution Centres, storage, logistics and overall operations.
This is a critical role in simplifying and centralising functions, as well as further building and embedding a culture of High Performance in which employees are empowered, engaged, and focused on achieving operations excellence for our customers.  The role is accountable for Process, Compliance, Health, Safety, Quality, Customer Service, Manufacturing Performance, Cost and People across the Tauranga and Auckland distribution centres and sits on the NZ Management Team. 

About You:

You will have had extensive operations and leadership experience in a complex manufacturing and logistics environment and have demonstrable experience in implementation of transformational change and/or process improvement. You’ll be able to showcase your strategic leadership and project management experience highlighting the ability to lead and manage projects from inception to completion. Health and safety will be an essential part of everything you do, as you lead from the front, participating and leading the team to success.
