Customer Support Specialists – North Shore

About the Role:

We have numerous customer service roles where you will be responsible for supporting customers over the phone, as well as via email and web channels in some cases. There will also be an element of administration. Inbound customer queries may involve tracing their orders, billing and payments, updating details, and onboarding.

About You:

If you have previous contact centre experience or have come from a retail environment and are looking to step into something more technical, we would love to hear from you!
Being confident and comfortable on the phone with customers is key! As is tech savviness and working experience with navigating systems, and attention to detail and good typing skills.
We’re also looking for candidates with flexible availability, as some roles may require you to work rotating rosters and/or weekends. Above all, we are looking for resilience, effective communication, reliability, and a customer-focused mindset.
