About the Role:

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for all digital channels, everything from ideation of maintenance and optimisation strategies through to delivery. This role will increase awareness of TMNZ’s value offering to customers, driving the acquisition of leads. Reporting into the Head of Brand and Marketing, this role takes a senior seat at the table, offering collaboration to cross-functional teams, while being able to drive digital innovation. What does this look like day-to-day?

  • Developing digital marketing strategies that are aligned with brand, marketing and product vision.
  • Designing a point of difference in the market for customer experience through great strategy and constant optimisation.
  • Maintenance and optimisation of digital channels, including; Website, blogs, email campaigns, automations, Social Media, SEO and SEM.
  • Reporting on TMNZ’s performance across digital and analysis of competitors to uncover actionable insights for lead generation.
  • Working with the Marketing and Product teams, promoting creativity and experimentation across the wider team.
 
About You:
  • You will be a Digital expert, with the ability to craft strategy that is aligned with business goals. With this, you’ll be up to date with industry trends and know how to capitalise on them to improve customers interaction with the brand.
  • You will know how to manage and optimise digital channels, enhancing performance.
  • You will have a passion for lead acquisition and delivering market leading experiences.
  • Ideally WordPress, Marketo and Adobe suite experience.
  • You will be able to produce copy for blogs and social media.
  • You will have a data focus, while always having customers front of mind, using insights to inform decisions around customer experience. Utilising Google analytics and Adobe analytics.
  • You will be an active member of the team, promoting high performance and cross collaboration business wide. You will approach challenges with excitement and adaptability, creating a space for growth and development.
