About the Role:

FSL Foods are on the hunt for a motivated Key Account Executive to join their Auckland-based team. This role will help to drive sales growth strategies, establish strong relationships with key accounts and provide support in data analysis and demand planning. This is a diverse role that will support across all key FMCG grocery accounts, including Foodstuffs, Woolworths NZ and Gilmours.

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Establishing strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including the sales and category team.
  • Sales data preparation and analysis
  • Supporting the Head of Sales with reporting, NPD and Category Review presentations.
  • Manage product changes within key systems
  • Promotion management 
  • Key accounts administration
  • Supporting demand planning and forecasting

About You:

This is an incredible opportunity for a Sales Executive/Coordinator, Category Analyst or Territory Manager to step up into a genuine Key Account Executive position where you will gain the necessary experience to step up into a Key Account Manager position in time.
  • You consider yourself a detail-orientated person and enjoy analysing information and looking for insights.
  • You’re not one to do things the way they’ve always been done. If you see a process that can be improved or a problem that needs to be solved your mind is already hard at work coming up with a solution. 
  • You’ve got impressive communication skills and enjoy working with sales and external partners to deliver results.
  • You're comfortable using Excel and new systems, bonus points if you've worked with Circana, Foodstuffs Exchange, PartnerHub, Netsuite and GS1.
  • You’re proactive with strong time management and happy to work autonomously when required.
  • You welcome change and are comfortable working in a fast-paced and agile work environment.
  • You’re social and looking for an environment to hone your existing skills and learn some new ones along the way.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in FMCG, preferably with experience in sales, logistics, category management or key accounts.
