Our client is in the manufacturing industry and proudly exports their products to markets around the globe.
About the Role:
This is a temporary role until Christmas, with the possibility of extension. It’s an onsite position, Monday to Friday, based in Glen Innes.
Do you have experience in Production Scheduling, Inventory Control, and Master Data Maintenance? We would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensure orders are produced according to customer requirement dates and shipping deadlines
- Ensure continuous material supply and ensure Manufacturing teams are aware of Production requirements (including timeframes so that they can prepare appropriately)
- Analyze order patterns to forecast future demands
- Create and update master data records in SAP, including materials, BOMs (Bill of Materials), costing, and routings
- Maintain documentation of master data processes and changes, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Identify, recommend, and implement improvements in handling, storage methods, housekeeping, and material flow to meet cost and quality objectives
About You:
- Proficiency in SAP is a must!
- Experience in master data management and production planning within a manufacturing environment
- Clear and effective communicator
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Adaptable to changing business needs
