Mō te Tūranga | About the Role:

The Chief Operating Officer will report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) providing regular updates on key performance indicators (KPIs), project progress, and strategic initiatives. The role will require monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports, as well as ad-hoc reports as requested by the CEO.

The COO will prepare comprehensive business summaries, financial analysis, and operational forecasts to assist the CEO in decision making. Timely and clear communication of any challenges are critical to ensure the success of this role.

  • Information management
  • Risk management

You’ll be a proven senior leader and someone who aligns personally and professionally with the kaupapa at Ngati Porou Oranga. You’ll also be a big picture thinker and highly result orientated. Your relationship management skills will be well recognised, as will your commercial and financial acumen.

With a reputation for using your initiative and being resourceful, you’ll known as resilient and being a team player who encourages others to perform at their best.
