About the Role:

As we’re seeing an increase in demand for sparky, bright grads (or similar) who are looking to step into entry-level customer service roles to kickstart their careers or gain experience during their summer breaks, we are looking for candidates with an interest in this area. If you’ve been planning your next career move into an office-based, corporate environment, or are looking for work over the Christmas/summer break, we could have an opportunity for you. Our clients span across diverse industries and offer a varied range of products and services, so we’d love to see if we have an opportunity in an area that interests you.

In these customer service roles, your day will include answering incoming calls from customers, responding to general queries, and problem-solving to manage any issues or complaints. There may also be an element of email and live chat correspondence in some roles too.

About You:

A successful candidate will have amazing communication and people skills. You will enjoy variety, problem-solving, and have a positive attitude. You’ll be detail-oriented and will ideally have experience working within a customer-centric environment like retail, hospitality, or customer service.
We also look for someone who is teachable, keen to learn, and willing to continue growing within an organisation.
