About the Role:
  • This is a 12-month parental leave cover contract with an immediate start.
  • Reporting into the experienced Regional Marketing Manager this role is tasked to manage and implement omnichannel marketing campaigns across retail, website and wholesale channels to drive awareness, engagement and sales in the retail fashion and apparel sector.
  • Think localising global assets and boosting brand awareness, working with the digital marketing team, managing all instore collateral and  PR, ambassadors, events & activations. Basically any touchpoint with consumers and partners.
  • This role works collaboratively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, partnering with internal digital teams as well with the full support of the Regional Marketing Manager.
  • This role acts as brand guardian for marketing across all channels, including wholesale partners and events and PR.
  • This includes adapting global assets in line with the regional marketing calendar, with the support of agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • This role has  both budget  and promotional/campaign performance accountability.
  • Plus executes PR, events and activations working with agencies and ambassadors. It’s fun!
  • As you’d expect being a retailer marketing role, the responsibilities include all instore POS and activation for both own brand and wholesalers  in line with the marketing seasonal calendar
About You:
  • You will be a junior to intermediate level retail or B2C marketing candidate available to start ASAP.
  • Ideally you will have experience managing omnichannel marketing campaigns across retail, wholesale and ecommerce channels.
  • Most importantly is you will feel comfortable being the brand guardian for the region and localising global assets across digital, in store, events, PR channels with the support of your team and agencies.
  • You will have excellent stakeholder, communication and project management skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail.
  • You wil have held budget accountability previously as well as experience analysing and optimising marketing campaigns to ensure optimal performance and marketing outcomes.
  • You wil have experience working with communication and PR agencies and be creative at heart with a passion for retail fashion and apparel.
