About the Company:

Our client is a well-known and loved NZ retailer. They have 40+ stores across New Zealand and Australia.

About the Role:

  • eCommerce - drive conversion improvements and optimisation across all sites.
  • Lead back-end website strategy including improvements and optimisations.
  • Website management - ensuring multiple websites are functioning correctly, troubleshoot issues, manage website development alongside partners and manage the rollout for new functionalities.
  • Set up online promotions, maintains digital records and troubleshoots where needed.
  • Troubleshoots website related customer enquiries, liaising with the CX team to resolve any escalated issues due to the website.
  • Report back on trends that may affect overall site performance and profitability.
About You:
  • Must have proven eCommerce experience (Nosto and/or Algolia experience is highly favourable).
  • Experience with website maintenance.
  • You will be a problem solver, with the ability to navigate and use complex systems.
  • Experience with Klaviyo and Ontempo is highly favourable.
